Courses/experiential learning

COURSES:
Our courses adapt to our clients needs. We can tailor courses to attend to specific requirements. Prior to a course we visit the client and find out what specific areas they wish to improve and focus on. Hence we adjust our courses to those requirements.
We can work with individuals. We can work with groups of up to 10 or 12 people. It is not advisable to surpass this amount of attendees in order to favour active participation and personal attention.
A course usually lasts between 5 and 8 hours.
Our courses are based on EAL (Equine Assisted Learning) and EAPD (Equine Assisted Professional Development) following the EAGALA model, a leading association in this field with a high ethical standard. It is the only association in its kind to require a constant training and learning process to ensure a high level of professionalism.
All exercises take place on the ground. No previous experience with horses is needed, in fact, most of the exercises take place without actually touching the horse!
Contact us for information regarding fees. This may vary depending on catering, special requirements, etc.

EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING:
Experiential learning is the most powerful way to learn.
We learn by “doing” and not by “memorising”.
Results are obtained in a shorter amount of time and we can modify negative attitudes, values and behavioural patterns.
An experiential learning exercise, in which the participants not only have to manage group dynamics but must do so with a 1000 lb being that thinks and reacts independently, becomes more than an exercise, it is a real challenge.
