Why horses?

Man and horse have been together for thousands of years. Had it not been for the horse,
humanity would not be where it is.

The horse is a beautiful and majestic animal which rarely leaves us indifferent. They are exceptional beings. They live in the the here and now, they have no hidden agenda. They live their place in the herd, which changes with years, with the least aggressiveness possible. They are extraordinarily perceptive, respectful and sensitive and, they have the power to mirror our emotions. They way you relate to a horse is the way you relate to humans.

Lying is exclusively a human feature. A horse will recognise the incongruence between our emotions and our behaviour. They read our body language and act accordingly.

Wild horses live in herds which are not very large. They proceed as a team under a good leader. The leader is usually an elder mare whom is willingly followed by all the other members since she is recognised as the wisest; her judgment is always for the herds’ well-being. Her leadership is passive. Contrary to popular belief, the horse that bickers, pushes, forces and can even be aggressive is never willingly followed by other members of the herd.
